South Africa Food
South Africa impressions - game.
Ostrich
Although not internationally known for its cuisine, South Africa has some interesting food. I had a great ostrich steak one night; it was grilled medium rare (red meat) and covered with a red wine sauce. The meat was very tender and apparently very good for me . . . low cholesterol and fat. Other than the ostrich steak, nothing more to report.
