Cambridge & York Photos

Cambridge guitar player in a garbage can - One of the most unusual buskers we have seen!

The downtown of Cambridge is filled the  Gothic buildings of its many universities (more than 25!).  This is the King's College Chapel dating back to 1516.

The Great Court of Trinity College, also the square where the famous run in Chariots of Fire was filmed.

Behind the Cambridge universities students enjoy "punting" on the river.

From Cambridge we moved north to York.  York is a walled city with a tangle of medieval streets.  In the center is the York Minster, Europe's largest medieval cathedral.
