Keith's Tastes
"There is no joy without eating and
drinking"-Talmud
This page is dedicated to describing the great food this world
has to offer. As many of you know I am a Sunday afternoon cook; not to be
confused with my brother, Michael, who is an accomplished professional that
always has great stories and tips on finding and cooking the perfect foi gras.
I intend for this page to be a method to convey to you the great
culinary experiences that we are bound to have over the next year as we traverse
the many different cultures and continents of our world. I also want to
keep a record of the great tastes that I will attempt to recreate once I get
back to our kitchen and cookware.
Many of the 'recipes' will be my attempt to recreate the tastes
and smells that we see. I don't expect I'll be able to provide specific quantities of
ingredients, but I hope I'll be able to capture enough for you to get the gist
and maybe with a little daring and creativity, recreate the dish.
Please follow the links to find some thoughts on food in that
region.
